About the Role

At TestGorilla, the Product Advisor team serves as the initial point of contact for future customers. As a Junior Product Advisor for the Americas time zone, you will be crucial in guiding customers through their journey, acting as the face of the company's mission. Your role involves inspiring prospects by demonstrating how to replace traditional, biased CV screening with data-driven, AI-powered assessments. This is a high-impact position where you will manage the sales cycle for smaller deals and identify high-potential leads for the senior sales team, directly contributing to TestGorilla's global growth. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, customer success, and account management teams to align efforts, share prospect insights, and help expand the customer base, all while supporting TestGorilla’s vision of helping one billion people secure their dream jobs. Responsibilities

Drive the full sales cycle from initial discovery to closing new business deals. Deliver high-energy product demos that consultatively solve customer hiring challenges. Advise prospects on the value of TestGorilla’s all-in-one hiring platform and how it supports their talent strategy. Identify and automate manual sales tasks using AI to keep our team lean and fast. Partner with Marketing and Product to share real-time market feedback that improves our platform. Uphold TestGorilla's behaviors and foster an inclusive, supportive culture. Collaborate effectively with global colleagues across teams and time zones.

Requirements

Based in Americas timezone (UTC-3:00 to UTC-7:00) Exceptional communicator who can distill complex ideas into simple, compelling messages and build instant rapport Uses AI tools daily (like ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity) to boost productivity High-achiever who consistently looks for ways to beat targets and drive business growth Agile learner who thrives in a high-growth environment, quickly mastering product, consultative sales techniques, and SalesTech tools Champions a growth mindset by actively seeking feedback and proposing bold, new ideas Shows grit and positivity, staying energized and focused in a fast-paced startup environment Builds strong relationships with customers through active listening and a consultative approach Inspired by TestGorilla's mission to put one billion people in dream jobs and fully aligned with company values 6+ months of experience in sales or customer-facing roles (or eager to learn and grow into the role) Bonus: Native-level fluency in Spanish Bonus: Power-user status in HubSpot, Gong, or Apollo.io Bonus: Previous experience working in a high-growth, B2B SaaS environment
